Fair View Inn

Very clean and comfortable place to stay. This place is comparable with any major hotel chain for a much better price. Close to Simcoe (5mins) which has anything you might need. We recommend the Fairview Inn to anyone who might be passing through or looking for a place to stay close to Port Dover or Turkey Point.

BEAWARE!!!Please do not make the same mistake I did coming into simcoe east bond from leamington ont...I stopped at fairview motel not knowing the area...had already booked at fairview Inn with my visa because we were out of town and told motels are hard to find on Friday night. The fairview motel before the fairview Inn SO PLEASE DON'T GET FOOLED LIKE I DID!! I DIDN'T REALIZE TILL WE WERE ON OUR WAY BACK FROM CLUB WE WERE IN WRONG PLACE...I used my GPS after getting lost down town lol..and it brought us to the fairview and clairview...now I had no clue address or name of motel because I had no receipt for cash money I gave him ( fairview motel)...I swore it was the fairview...so turned data on and looked on line..it was the fairview!! But motel not Inn!! I look forward to meeting the person that answered phone and booked my room next time I'm in Simcoe...what a mistake!! Room was nasty un professional and not what I asked for..but we traveled over 3 hours and it was dark out... Please forgive me fairview Inn for not showing UP...VERY upset over the mix up!! That man Nick from fairview motel has done this before..it's probably the only way he can get customers!

I am a contractor and stay here for weeks at a time. The rooms are new, updated and spacious. It is just outside of town but still very close to all the necessary amenities such as restaurants and stores. I highly recommend this place.

This hotel is nice and new. It was recently built, so the rooms are big and clean with nice bathrooms. Its at the edge of the town of Simcoe, so it has access to all conveniences but is set on a couple of acres in a nice quiet green space. I will stay there again and I definitely recommend it.
