Very rude on the phone Did not awnser any of my questions was not happy to say the least

I wouldn't even bother trying to go here. The staff is clearly brain dead. This was my phone call to them. Me: good afternoon, do you have any rooms available for this Sunday? Her: hehe, uhh maybe. You want smoking or non-smoking? Me: it doesn't matter. Her: well uhh. Hehe please pick one. Me: okay, smoking. Her: no, no smoking rooms. Me: okay, non-smoking. Her: *laughs* ahhh no, sorry. Me: I can control myself an not smoke in the room.... Her: haha nooo, unless I charge you credit card $135 for when you smoke in room.

I have stayed at this motel several times for work and vacation. The motel is located 3km just outside of Simcoe, in a very quiet and peaceful location. The rooms are very clean. The owners are very helpful and kind. There is a large backyard for the kids. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

This motel is located right on highway 3, just at the edge of Simcoe--there is a Walmart just up the street. The rooms were clean and updated, and very comfortable. The value was good since the rooms were better quality than others I have stayed at in the area. The owner was very helpful, and they have a lovely, spacious back yard. I would definitely stay there again when I am in the area.

it is much better than a nearby famous hotel we were trying to book for the day. and the price is much lower.
