Comfort Inn Simcoe

The hotel is decent for a small town. It's the best pick of what is available in Simcoe. Room is clean and bathroom is clean. The location is ideal for coming and going quickly from town. The staff is always accommodating, pleasant and helpful. It is always quiet.

All the rooms smell, they are dingy and dark. The cleanliness of the rooms are questionable and not comforting. Price is way over what it should be. I would say this is a 1 or 2 star hotel.

A bit spendy at $144, but all of the staff that we met were great, and the property is immaculate. The included breakfast is basic but decent (includes a good variety), in a comfortable room. The wifi is quite fast.

I was in Simcoe for a wedding. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. They even had the AC already on for me which was awesome. Overall, I enjoyed my night there, and will book again if I'm ever in the area.

The Place was comfy, over all i enjoyed my stay, unfortunately, breakfast was HHHorrible and the girl making it was rude. Very small eating area and hard not to bump elbows while you make a coffee.
