I had some problems with my glasses - Gordon and Rebecca at the Oakridge location went over and above to fix the problem and make amends. Amazing customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Eye Candy. Fabulous selection of frames too!

Second time here and it was another amazing experience! I was a little overwhelmed by all the choices but Gordon quickly put me at ease and helped me find the perfect frames. I also appreciated his style advice.

The owner of the shop Gordon customer service skills are impeccable, he knows how to treat regular customers. Great experience with Gordon, he’s the man! Man had the shop open for me closed hours, treating me with high respect and royalty, how it should be !

Amy is fantastic.  Unbelievably great customer service.  She came up with great solutions and advice and her follow up is excellent.  Can not recommend this store and Amy enough.  Absolutely love the 2 pairs of glasses I bought here and can’t wait for my third pair.

Wide choice of glasses, quick turnaround, fair prices. I received a lot more than I was expecting. Would 100% recommend!
