Story

Everybody's Fitness Center ( EFC ) is a one of a kind family owned business built and designed for average people interested in getting and staying healthy. Our club is founded on the premise of offering a unique, high end, and truly state of the art facility at affordable rates. We will educate and coach our members on functional movements, nutrition and lifestyle enhancement. We are a results oriented club that promises to go the extra mile in order to service our members. With programs such as Take It Off Weight Loss and our Certified Fitness and Weight Loss Coaches, reaching your fitness goals has never been easier!

With our awesome members supporting each other and the encouragement of a friendly and helpful staff, there is no place more comfortable or less intimidating to work out. At EFC you can truly be yourself. We have coached our members to some truly astonishing results, with hundreds of members losing anywhere from 20-200 lbs . I have been a member of Everybody's Fitness center for about 5 months now, this place is great. The staff is friendly and always willing to help if help is needed. The facility is always clean as well as all the equipment!! I have recommend this gym to my family and friends!!! So if your looking to join a gym in the near future I would highly recommend Everybody's Fitness center!!!!!!!!!

Love EFC. Been a member for two years. Jarrod, Jen and Mike always make visits more fun and are always helpful when you need something. Its great that I can go at anytime and don't have to squeeze my workout in early on weekends or miss it because it's a holiday like at other gyms with set hours. Very important to me is that its CLEAN! Always.

5 Star Gym - Well trained and education employee's as well as personal trainers. Would recommend them to anyone!

Over the past five years, I've had gym memberships at the Southbridge YMCA, Sims Premier Fitness, and Everybody's Fitness Center. I have been happiest with EFC for the following reasons: -24 hour FOB access (I can workout at MY convenience) -Friendly staff (they actually know my name) -Helpful feedback (staff willingly offers feedback on technique) -Honest, straightforward pricing (no hidden fees or different rates for different members) -No contract (I can cancel at anytime without paying a cancellation fee) -Little to no wait (machines and weights are almost always available) -Clean showers (no hesitation to shower at the gym vs home) -Free wifi (great for steaming Spotify during workout) -FitRewards (I accumulate points that I can redeem for free gear just by working out) For my personal fitness goals and budget, EFC is the perfect gym for me. I highly recommend checking them out for their FREE 7 Day trial (another perk!). It allowed me to try the gym before I jumped into monthly payments.

I've been a member for almost a year now and at first I was a little hesitant about joining this gym. It seemed kinda small and it cost the same amount as the other gym in the area (Sims), but boy oh boy am I glad I joing Everybody's fitness center (EFC) instead of Sims. First off, Sims is dirty and you can tell that as soon as you walk into the place...it's loaded with 70's style carpet and mirrors throughout the whole place...really creepy. Anywho, EFC is open 24/7 which is perfect for me and my boyfriend since we work pretty far from home. The gym might seem small at first, but if you know your equipment you can get a solid workout in..trust me. The same individuals attend the gym daily so there's a real sense of community there, which we both appreciate since we're new the area. Also, it's never too crowded. I don't think I've ever waiting for a cardio machine. EFC has two locations, one in Sturbridge and one in Auburn. The Auburn facility is a lot larger and offers various classes (yoga, cycling, etc.) which I usually attend on the weekends. Overall, I would recommend EFC is you're in the Sturbridge area.
