Story

Everybody's Fitness Center ( EFC ) is a one of a kind family owned business built and designed for average people interested in getting and staying healthy. Our club is founded on the premise of offering a unique, high end, and truly state of the art facility at affordable rates. We will educate and coach our members on functional movements, nutrition and lifestyle enhancement. We are a results oriented club that promises to go the extra mile in order to service our members. With programs such as Take It Off Weight Loss, Tribe Team Training and our Certified Fitness and Weight Loss Coaches, reaching your fitness goals has never been easier!

With our awesome members supporting each other and the encouragement of a friendly and helpful staff, there is no place more comfortable or less intimidating to work out. At EFC you can truly be yourself. We have coached our members to some truly astonishing results, with hundreds of members losing anywhere from 20-200 lbs . I have been going to this gym for quite a while now and it is of the best quality. It has been recently rejuvenated and now has an even bigger area to work out and new floors! The staff is fantastic and friendly. EFC has such an awesome community environment and I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to work out!

Anybody can open a gym. Anybody can fill space with great equipment. Anybody can offer & schedule different classes and source anybody to lead them. Anybody who does that will sign up anybody who walks in the door. This is not that place, this place is for everybody and every-body. I played baseball and football in high school and football in college. I have run marathons and ultra-marathons. All of which resulted in several surgeries to my knees, shoulders and back. Staying healthy and active takes effort and direction. At this facility there is a genuine concern for your well being, your entire well being. After 3 months I am bigger, smaller, stronger, more pliable and most importantly; more COMFORTABLE. Everybody should check this out, Everybody owes it to themselves to see how Everybodys Fitness Club can help Everybody & Every-body. You can do Yoga, Crossfit style workouts, spin, free weights, cable machines, row, elliptical, dreadmill, stair climber, fat loss and weight loss programs, individual training, group workouts and meet up at the bar afterwards. The smoothie bar is awesome! The most surprising is what at first seems like a classic, "upsell selfish profit pitch" for a "fancy new wave" health product The BEMER. Which simply looks like a mat with an electrical cord draped over a patio chair. Looks can be decieving, this is the most profound and beneficial piece of equipment by far. Ask about the BEMER and change your life by laying down for 8 minutes a day. Everybody & every body should have this experience. Google PEMF and then get down to EFC.

The gym is allways clean and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I am 63 yrs. young and keep on going to the group exercise classes which are intense and one gets motivation from other members along with the trainer whom runs the class. There are plenty of exercise machines and cardio machines, one will not be bored with what you can use. It is a good place to challenge oneself into getting fitter.
