Everett Laundry & Cleaners

1st thing I noticed when I walked in is the building smells of mold and mildew. Then I wash 5 loads of way over priced machines around.. Only to have the machines leave powdered soap on my clothes. When I asked them to pay for the rewash (I used tide liquid soap) to rinse the powdered soap out of my laundry (must have been a ton to leave on clothes after wash) .. 1st was "just dry it.. It will fall off". When I said you can't wear clothes with soap dried in them, then I got.. "we just washed a load in that washer and used liquid soap".. When I showed them my liquid soap and said I don't use powdered.. Then the story was.. We try to keep customers from using powdered but we can't stop them.. Wait.. I thought you used the washer just before me!.. Nothing but one excuse after the other and NEVER an apology for the inconvenience of having to wash my clothes over again and then got even ruder and said to take it up with her boss.. As you've probably already figured out, I had to pay to rewash clothes their washers got soap all over.. Also.. Very low class.. Watching Jerry springer on the big screen.. And the machines here are very over priced.. I just moved out this way, but will go back to Darcies any day.. They very reasonable and the customer service is outstanding and they WILL fix mistakes, rather than attempt to blow you off.. I will never come back here again..

I would give it a 5 but it is way too expensive. 2 loads for $15? I don’t know how they expect people to afford it.

Paul (the owner) is really nice and is always willing to help. The rates seem fair to me, and he keeps the place clean. Pro tip: The WiFi password is actually the phone number.

The owner at this place is so kind, and the rates are best I have found. Support small businesses like this with hard working people. Always impressed with the quality of their drycleaning and alterations/clothes repair service. I like to pay additional to these kind folks.
