I’ve been using Everclean by Chem-Dry for years and am very pleased with their service! My carpets and upholstery always look and smell so clean after they clean them! The owners are very pleasant to work with and always very accommodating. I look forward to many more years of their services. Also, the process they use is so much better than steam cleaning!
Mark, the owner, is efficient, quick, and does a great job. Our carpets looked so refreshed and bright after his cleaning. He is very friendly and respects your furniture, woodwork, etc. His service is priced just right.
Omg, could not believe how clean they got my carpet. I was ready to replace the carpet on the stairs, and they made it look like new. James explained everything and the service was excellent
I've used steam cleaners in the past and it did the job, but I'd notice, sometimes, that some spots would dry sort of matted and stiff in spots. Plus, it took a very long time to dry. On my way home, the other day, as I waited for the light to change, I saw a Chem-Dry truck go by and when I got home, I looked them up. The web page was convincing so I tried them. The guy who did the job, Mark, went above and beyond expectations and did a fantastic job. Our carpets are very old and I thought it wouldn't be worth bothering with them, but the Chem-Dry process was everything their website claimed, and then some. The carpets feel new again. WOW! I didn't expect that. Mark was friendly yet professional and yes, I would recommend them.
I had Mark clean my carpets yesterday and they were perfect!!! I'll never waste my money on another company again. We had so many spots, pets, that we couldn't get up and today I checked and found nothing but clean carpet...awesome!
Shout out to this husband and wife team! Had carpets cleaned in the past and today a futon mattress cleaned due to a potty accident from our pup. Great job, very professional and trustworthy.... highly recommend !!
