Worse drink I ever had, the cashier lied about using fresh mangos. Taste like mango jelly powder and the pearls are soggier then congee. I should’ve waited in line at juice 8 instead of coming here. Drink was $7.50 and I threw it away after 1 sip.

Menu prices are wrong and was charged more than the posted price. Ended up paying $7.90 for one watery, melted, super sweet matcha red bean “slush”. Tapioca pearls are undercooked and hard, texture was terrible and on top of that customer service was rude. Most expensive bubble tea I’ve ever had. Would not recommend.

Decent place. The brown sugar drink could a bit more sugar. The taro shake was really good!

Tapioca tasted undercooked. Milk tea tasted bitter.

We ordered a strawberry milk tea. Was good. Priced at $4.75 so not bad. We did not try their boba with it. They have slushes and also green/red tea. There was soya pudding available for $5.50 but we did not try the other offerings. Service was ok.

Worst customer service. Was ordering food close by while waiting for my drink, and when I came back after 5 mins asking if my drink was ready, the guy answered coldly with a stare, “ I called your number 4 times.” 5 bucks for a plain calpis green tea at a food court. Not worth it.

I got the Oreo slushie. When you look at the billboard from afar, it says $4.50. Up close, in small print, it says for this flavour, add $2. Other flavours, such as Taro, also came with an additional charge. When the bill came, it was $8.50 for this drink with pearls. This is by far the most expensive bbt I've ever paid in Richmond! Flavour was good but it tasted more like chocolate than Oreo cookies. And unlike the picture, it came with no cookie crumbs in the drink and only one whole Oreo on top. The service was also very slow. There were only 2 orders before me but it took almost 10 minutes for them to make mine...

The cutest tea place ever. Love the design of their drink containers. Have not tried many of their drinks but I used to go to physiotherapy in the area and the strawberry milk tea with lychee instead of tapioca pearls was my favourite!!

Despite the other reviews, I had a good experience. The service was fast and friendly. I ordered a taro milk tea with pearls and was charged accordingly, no hidden cost.

Extremely rude customer service. We ordered two drinks and I asked him if I can have no pearls in my order. He looked at me and said "I'm not talking to you" and turned to my boyfriend instead. Talk about a chauvinistic pig. The drinks were also mediocre with no taste. I should have searched up reviews before ordering to avoid wasting money!
