Poor Service ruins this place! I hate it when the waiter is too stuck up to come over to your side of the table to take your order. Why try to take an order from the opposite side of the loud table? So the customer has to scream over everyone's conversation just to give their order to the waiter? When the food came, everyone got the wrong food. No apologies from the wait staff. Actually, they didn't even try to put the right order in front of the correct customer, they just dropped it off in the general direction of the table. With plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from in Richmond, go somewhere else.
