Evan was very helpful in assisting me with  a gear bag for my Fat Bike - also installed it for me while I waited.  Also thanks to TJ for making sure my Pugsley is ready roll into winter!  Thanks guys.

I've purchased bikes here and had multiple pairs of skis worked on and everything has always been top notch. Great customer service each time.

I'm a pretty conservative spender - when I took my bike to the Highland Erik's for repairs and asked for only the bare necessities, they clearly laid out what was needed and what was highly suggested for the fix. Most of the staff seems friendly.
