Excellent service. An employee came to offer me help to find a product to prevent my doors from freezing shut. I tried it and it works wonderfully.

Needed supplies for my truck, easy off and on the hwy . Large parking lot to turn my rig around.

Absolutely rude staff. They try to bully non-french speakers and English speakers. Especially the old lady with glasses. They are clearly able to speak English yet they refuse to because it would hurt their little Quebecois ego. Boohoo. I understand trying to preserve your language and stuff but that is no excuse to bully those who don’t speak your language. We are in Canada after all. Speak English when you can just like how people do in Montreal and France

Travelling westbound through Quebec, on my way home to Ontario, I got a flat. I called CAA, they towed me to this location, because I didn’t have a spare. The Service advisor was reluctant to get off the phone and give me 2 mins. I was informed they couldn’t look at my tire until Monday, I was there at noon on Saturday. They didn’t bother to even ask what size tire I need. Now I’m stranded in the parking lot until Monday.
