I placed the order online and had to chase it up days later because I hadn’t received a confirmation although my payment had been processed. Went to pick up the dog trailer and having spent about $600 at the store, I was shocked to learn that there was a fee for putting it together. Had I known, I would have purchased somewhere that included the service.nnThis was my first experience with shop.
Outstanding service by Raphael. We rented 2 Velec electric bikes and loved how we were treated both before and after returning the bikes. Great place, definitely recommend them. Merci
I purchased an Argon18 Grey Matter SRAM Rival 1 medium on April 19th, 2024, with the promise of free shipping and delivery within 3 to 14 days. At the time, the bike was listed as in stock. However, I never received a tracking number or any order status updates. Despite calling multiple times to check on the status, I was repeatedly told that they were still waiting for parts.nnFinally, on May 23rd, 2024, I received a call from the shop informing me that I could not get the bike I ordered because Argon18 did not have the necessary parts. Instead, they offered me a lower-spec bike or the option to cancel the order.nnThis experience has been very disappointing. The shop should have managed their inventory and planning better, rather than making the customer pay for their poor planning. That was a big letdown.
Great ride today with a Velec for my daughter. The service was great and efficient. Plus, now I know where to get bilingual service if ever I have an issue with my e-bike. Keep up the great work, guys!!
Non existant customer service!nPlaced an order from the retailer which was quite simple and payment was simple as well but that's were it ends because once I received the order confirmation....the tracking number was wrong, so the link to their tracking app was giving all the wrong shipping info. So I tried to contact them by using their Messenger, E-mail, Phone and even tried to reply to their invitation to purchase more with their VIP discount.nnStill haven't received my order or return of any of my messages.nnWhen I call the business number they don't answer.nnWe're in 2020 and if you can't manage your internet orders and offer a minimum of customer service then try something else!nnAnd now my quest to get a refund! LOLnnI would strongly suggest ordering from another shop.
