Walmart Saint-Hyacinthe Store

Ordered online for curbside pick up. Received an email saying our order was ready for pick up. Got there and waited over 30 mins for our order to come out. Cars that arrived after us got their order before us. Some only waited 5 mins. We noticed couple of cars not parked on designated parking spots but were parked outside the door where the staff comes out. Staff were prioritizing the cars that are not following the cubrside pick up procedure and was making them a priority. This completely defeats the purpose of curbside pick up. I couldve went inside the store and saved more time. Please fix this because this is not how its suppose to be. Why offer this curbside pick up options to shoppers if the staff are not going to enforce it properly. Go somewhere else. Dont waste your time here.

I purchased this orange juice from Walmart and later noticed the best before date was March 26, 2019 — over 5 years expired. This is completely unacceptable for a consumable product, especially something families buy for children. Selling items this far past their expiry date shows a serious lack of quality control and care for customer safety. I expect much better from Walmart and hope this issue is addressed immediately.

Navigating large retail spaces can be a challenge, but It's refreshing to see aisles clearly marked and products logically arranged, making the shopping experience remarkably efficient. This level of order significantly reduces the time spent searching for items, allowing for a more pleasant visit. I appreciate the effort put into maintaining such a well-structured environment.

Went to do an online pickup. Took 35 minutes to arrive and while I was waiting cars came in and received their orders within 5 to 10 minutes. There was also cars parked right at the doors receiving their orders, not even parked at the designated numbered spots. Usual suspects always helping eachother out.

I wanted to return this item because It told us we needed to scratch it tried doing it but because of label quality some of the letters off and I wanted to get a refund and the Manager 'Rak' and the others said they couldn't refund and they are very roud . and called two other persons came which did not have badge and did harassment infront of my daughter which created emotional damage for me and my daughter.
