For over 10 years I've spent more than $30,000, and every time I buy a defective product that's supposedly under warranty, it's always a case of dealing with the manufacturer, never again! Not even for a box of screws!!!

Top-notch service, the staff is really friendly. I was reading the reviews and I realized that most of the negative comments were related to a lack of inventory, but during COVID, that was the same everywhere. It's a small village hardware store, so don't expect a big-box store inventory, but they have what you need for general projects.

I ordered sheds with a guaranteed return, placed, and paid for them. They still haven't received my stock after two months, since they never even ordered it. One month after the supposed delivery date, they couldn't give me an additional delivery date. The worst part is, they had two sheds in a neighboring town, but they didn't deliver here. If I had known... a big zero, just like Rona. They should close down. I built a base just for them, using their poor-quality wood. That's it. Rona St-Césaire is closed, and I'm sure word will get around. You should be selling popcircles instead.
