Good food. Service is serviceable. Seems to always be busy there no matter how many customers are in the store. If that tells you anything. Bathrooms are pretty gross, but nothing worse then you've seen at any other fast food joints. Over all a strange layout. I think 3 stars is generous, but my sandwich was really good.

our sandwich where all mixed up they put in things that we told them not to they said that they did not have any white bread yet we could see some on a cart in the back over all this is the worst erbert and gerberts i have ever eaten at

It's a running joke at my house of, "How is Erbs and gerbs going to mess up my order This time?" and they mess something up. Every. Single. Time. It's honestly impressive with how consistent it is. But this time, they couldn't even find us while refusing to admit to entering our address wrong then when I called to check in they bullshitted about the gps and I again asked if they planned to at least let us know they weren't coming, they dodged the question again and made another poor excuse. So overall 0/10 to get a sub. 10/10 if you want to find a new weed dealer because they're clearly well supplied.

Restaurant was nice, clean, comfortable, etc. As a first timer, I just struggled with the menu. The names of the sandwiches were unhelpful. The descriptions below were OK, I guess, but I'm trying to make a quick decision as there are people waiting. I went with the ham and cheese. The bread was good enough, but I was hoping for more ingredients. I would much prefer some enticing pictures of the menu options or perhaps some unique specials they're testing out. I wish there were more Cousin's Sub Shops around.
