McDonald's

Where to start, being a location in Moose Lake a slower town than the cities makes you think the service and cleanliness would be much better. We waited to get an order for almost 10 minutes and then the people who came in after waiting about the same when almost 5 employees where talking back in the kitchen looked at them and ignored them. I will say the food was hot which is rare in the cities but in regards to the cleanliness being a manager of a food establishment for 8 years disgusts me and almost made me ask for a towel and clean the lobby for their lazy employee's just talking behind the counter. 2 stars for at least the hot food.

Poor service. No honey mustard dip. Person behind counter said nation shortage of honey mustard. That's a good one

Stood at the counter for 3 minutes while 2 employees talked with other customers in the lobby behind me. Then I got into my car and went through the drive through. Got my food quickly which was nice but was then handed my pop which the outside was covered with coke. Seriously come on!

Waited in line for two coffees for 10 minutes. Guy at the window wasn't even wearing a uniform. When asked how much longer he replied "uhhh I don't know what to tell you.." needs more staff and better ones at that.

I usually expect a standard of service from McDonald's, but this location doesn't seem to meet that standard. They didn't have prices on the menus and I had to ask for them. One of the screens wasn't working either. The prices are more expensive than other McDonalds too. Most tables were unclean at 7pm.
