My family told them our order 6 times and they kept getting it wrong. Then when we got up to the window we explained it to the lady and she still didn’t understand. How hard is it to understand that we wanted 3 McChicken and with one McChicken make it a meal. Not that difficult. And then they forgot our drinks and it was horrible service.

This McDonald's deals with unusual peaks due to tourist traffic. It seems management does not have a good handle on staffing for this as there are consistently long waits here. I once waited here longer that at any other McD ever. Food is fine, like any other McD
