DQ Grill & Chill Restaurant

First and last time I will go here. Ordered a bacon ranch sandwich meal with cheese curds and two blizzards. What I didn't expect was having BBQ sauce on my sandwich mixed with ranch it was so gross couldn't eat it. The blizzards we got weren't the ones we ordered. However they were ok. Not great but edible. And there were only a few cheese curds in the container not even a full container. For spending almost thirty dollars I am not happy at all.

We just got two blizzards. Mine was the sea salt chocolate and my husband got a strawberry one. His had several chocolate pieces in it and was plain vanilla ice cream half way down!

I've always loved coming here until today ...we both ordered the 6 pc chicken strip basket....when I opened my dip cup I was disappointed ....the dip was so thin that it rolled off the chicken...I was told it was the same yesterday ..no one appears to know how to thick the gravy sauce...very sad

This DQ has horrible customer service. Twice I have been ignored at register. First by the assistant manager. She was to busy talking to her staff in kitchen. I stood there for sometime. Today I was there and worker walked away and started doing other things and left me standing there. This place needs people who care about customers.

Food is always a 10/10 here, the staff was friendly and the place is super clean. Love this place
