I got into a car accident and needed a rental that my insurance company was paying for and I went to Enterprise and was given a Jeep which was totally great as it was   winter and storming however I did not feel comfortable in the Jeep as it was huge and I am used to driving a Honda Civic so they allowed me to switch up the vehicle to something that I was more comfortable with while waiting for my car to be fixed. The agent I was dealing with was Jermie Pellerin , he was very professional, kind and patient with me lol showed me how to use everything in the car including cruise control he even hooked up my phone to the car so I could use hands-free and listen to my music as well. He was very helpful. If you're needing a car to rent for whatever reason definitely go by Enterprise in Dieppe NB . They have a great selection of cars and helpful agents .

Good service and much cheaper than renting a car from the airport. Really appreciated them picking us up too.
