They charge extra things and when you reclaim, they give you a different excuse every time you contact with them. We booked a medium car. When we arrived they gave us a bigger car because they didn't have medium. We asked if there were any problem with return the car that same evening. They said no, you can leave the car in the box outsite. We returned the car that evening, full of gas. 2weeks later, we check the bank statement to see if the deposit that the company hold. Then, we saw an extra charge of $33 from them. We returned to the office and they said because the gas deposit wasn't full. We tried to show the gas ticket from the gas station, and they called liars. So, we made a complaint in the company website. They replied and they gave us a voucher for a free rental car for a day. We don't want to give them a deposit and have problems again. We want our money, now they gave us another excuse that we returned the car after hours (we asked and they said no problem). We asked them our money again, and they said that we don't take the voucher, they close the case. Finally, we have contacted with the police for this scam.

Worst rental ever. They said the gas tank was not full(7/8) and charged me, while the gas went out on my feet. I contacted the customer "care" and here is the answer : "We have investigated the matter and have obtained an update from our Senior Operations Manager of New Brunswick. Since the rental was returned after hours, our understanding is that all charges are legitimate under the Terms and Conditions of the rental agreement." I dropped off the car the night before....Impossible to have my money back. Definitely avoid them.

The cars were good but the company itself was not honest. We rented a car for a day, then I put around 50$ of gas to make it full according to the agreement and got the car back. Everything was ok but they charge the driver 35$, explaining some gas was missing. So my friend contacted the customer assistance to explain and ask the money back. First they offer a voucher but did not say they were wrong, thereafter they changed their story by saying we got the car back after opening hours. When we rented another car recently, we got it back the day after and everything was ok so I don't understand what is going on but this is not right. They just said to accept the voucher or nothing, the case would be closed. Is this how you deal with customers seriously? I never use this company again.

They are scamers, they give you the chance to return the car any time, even if the office is close because they have a box outside to return the keys. That means that they don't check the car in front of you, and I just filled up the tank of gas, and they charged me extra money saying that I left the car with the deposit full. When I went back to the office to get any explanation, they where very rood with me. I didn't get my money back, but I already have an appointment to talk about my case in the media.

Good overall experience. They do not have any economy cars though, so bear in mind that most likely you will be given a bigger vehicle which will cost you more in terms of fuel consumption.
