My truck had an encounter with a telephone pole and needed some repair work done. I was referred to Enterprise Rent-A-Car by the auto body shop I used. They provided me with a beast of a truck to drive for a week while mine was undergoing reconstructive surgery. Best part is I actually saved about $100 in fuel! Staff was great and service was absolutely 5-star!!

Rented a Jeep, chipped the windshield, brought it back, was told it would be between 175-200 to get it fixed...a week after I get a bill for $305?! I don't mind paying for the damage but I don't like being mislead and charged $75 for 'admin fees'. They swapped me into another Jeep, that one had a chipped windshield and smelled like cigarette.

Had a rental car Hyundai Elantra for 4 weeks no problems good service

Good service however the first car we received from here was a smokers car. We didn't notice at first because it was masked by air freshener. We complained and took the car back and gave us another car. It was all good except this.
