Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Great customer service at this location. Very impressed with the way they do business here. I arrived 5 minutes after closing and they still accepted the return and drove me to my destination. Great service!

I rented a car last week from the Enterprise car rental at 1091 Speers Road in Oakville. It was my first time dealing with this location. When I arrived, there were 2 customers in front of me being looked after by employees Khalid and Mike. I had to wait about 3 minutes and was very impressed by how professional and courteous both Khalid and Mike were. The people they were serving left happy. When it came my turn Khalid looked after me. He quickly located my order and escorted me out to check out a nice vehicle that had just been washed. We did a quick walk around to confirm the vehicle wasn't damaged and checked the gas level. He had me sign my signature on an ipad, handed me the keys, asked if I had any questions and I was off. I brought the car back late at night and dropped off the keys in the dropbox. Well done guys. I had a very good experience and I would highly recommend this location.

I would love to take the time to give praise to the awesome service given by Michael and the team at Enterprise. The service was very professional, and the staff were highly accomadating. I had been stranded when my car had broken down, and michael come to my rescue. He rented me a very nice vehicle at a very reasonable cost; and even stay after hours to drive me back to the mechanic to pick up my own vehicle when he did not have to. I would. Recommend this business to anyone and everyone! Thank you enterprise for you wonderful care!

Great sevice and went the extra mile to make sure that I was taking care of. Don't call any other location in Burlington or Oakville. Go to these guys. Michael gave great service.

Great place, Mike is the best! I've had to rent from here for weeks due to personal circumstances and never had any issues; pleasant and professional experience.
