Service and staff is fantastic and easy to deal with. Keep up the great work. we rented a cargo van for weekend, clean and ran excellent and well maintained. We definitely recommend this location.

Excellent service, decent new mini van and good price. I got my labour day week rental here, and during my rental, I got a phone call from the manager to check if everything goes well with my car. This is the first time I ever get a call from car rental company during my rental in 30 years. What a great customer service they have. I will rent again here for sure in the future.

I just had a rental car service with this company and I can honestly say it was the worst experience of my life I've never seen a place just run by kids the whole place and team makes this company look like a complete joke. They are not organized complete midiocre work they do. I was told they are the best with they're customer service that is a lie. Everyone is rude at the desk no one wants to help you everyone just walks around and minds their own business like they don't have a job too. I highly recommend no one ever goes here.

Been renting from this place for a long time now, clean cars, staff and Managers been great professional and friendly. 
Specifically manager Rachad, went above and beyond to help me with a sticky situation Highly recommend this branch! Best location by far!

Trafalgar Oakville Location has one the best service i have experienced 
Gian Luca - always steps up and helps out the best he can and actually resolves the issue at hand
