Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This is the second time I have rented a pick up truck from Enterprise. The rates were the best and the customer service was excellent. It was raining when we returned the vehicle and they had a van waiting at the drop off point to drive you to the airport. I will definitely use them again.

Fabulous customer service!! Both employees that I worked with were compassionate and understanding in a difficult situation. At the St. John's airport where I went to pick up my car they were operating several rental companies from one counter. When changes were necessary to my renta, it caused me to pick up my car from the only other open rental counter. The Enterprise rental manager saw me waiting in line yet again. This line was much longer. The manager came and pulled me from the line taking care of my rental and offered me an even better deal than I was already getting!

Dear Enterprise, When a customer gets a flat and has tried to call you 15 times in 20 mins and left 2 voice mail I see that as a serious problem. I know, I know you have a road side assistance number. Guess what, dude was useless as well, he may as well not answered the phone. At least the ppl as the counter were friendly.

Friendly service but they advertise a gas price 80 cents higher than the one at a local gas station so be very careful when they seems to offer a deal on gas!
