Could not understand the customer service agent.  Kept asking me what "estate" I am. And after I while I said Nova Scotia once I realized she meant "state" or for me, province. Getting the total in euros was a nice piece of trivia but more helpful to get the total in Canadian dollars. The robot was worse and could not understand the booking number. Price was right.

Where do I start?

Terrible customer service, unorganized, and flat out unprofessional. Take your business to Enterprise where I would imagine you'll be treated much better.
Showed up nearly 15 minutes after my booked (and paid) pick-up time to find out my car hadn't been cleaned yet. Then I'm signing my paperwork and they swipe my credit card and I get a notification it's for $350.. I asked the girl about it and she said its just a deposit. Then after the paperwork, the cleaning guy hands me my keys and no one even comes out to look over the car. So I did so myself. 
THEN, I bring the car back after my stay and ask the guy working about the deposit and he says it'll drop off my statement in a few days. Again, no one bothers to look over the vehicle or even see if I put gas in it.
So I get home from my vacation and what do I see on my credit card statement? ANOTHER charge for the full amount of the rental. Great job guys.

Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
