Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I haven't rented a car in a very long time, basically since I got my own car way back in 2018. But my last memory of a car rental for myself was very much through Enterprise. So I knew from my previous impression that they are known for their service, quality, and responsiveness. They truly care for their clients!nnSo it wasn't much a surprised to me when I was able to get picked up by one of their team members, Farhan Basir, in a lovely red Chevy Malibu. Farhan was very personable yet professional at the same time, almost like an old friend that was still working on the clock. The pickup process went by very smoothly. Farhan didn't rush through anything and made sure I understood what I was getting into.nn...That was until I noticed there was a air pressure leak in the front passenger tire in the Malibu. It turns out that the tire valve cap had gone missing somewhere, somehow. So I returned to Enterprise where I was met with Katelyn Cumby, who had told me Farhan was out at another site that morning.nnNevertheless, Katelyn offered to swap me out for another car without issue! She also went through the usual procedures for getting me set up with car #2: a very nice 2024 VW Jetta Sport. Not long after I was back on the road in the Jetta, Farhan actually called me to check in and see if I was OK. I really appreciated that!! nnAll in all, between the 2 cars and 2 Enterprise team members, I still had an excellent experience renting a car from here for my St. John's trip. I will definitely come back here in the future for my car rental needs!

Very good value, nice car, no extra fees. Managrer trainee Zaid provided extra good service. We forgot to fuel up and he gave us extra time to take care of that

Presently enjoying one of their rentals. I had a very welcome experience at their location on Kenmount Road, St John’s, on Tuesday when I arrived to pick up my vehicle. My reservation was for a 9:30 pick up, but as they had an overly busy morning, I was asked to take a taxi at their expense, from my nearby hotel. It took them a little while to have my chosen type of vehicle a small SUV. They advised me of the delay, and did everything possible to get me on the road asap. They were very apologetic about the delay, and three days later I received a follow up call from Mark Cullen, once again apologizing for the delay. In fact, my delay was only about forty minutes, which was no disruption to my plans.nI appreciate the excellent service, and will be enjoying driving around Newfoundland for two more weeks.

Highly recommend the Kenmount Rd branch. Receiving a phone call the day after we picked up our vehicle to ensure everything was OK with our car was quite impressive. Receiving such personal service these days is a rare thing. We expressed a concern about the car we rented and were able to get a replacement car the next day. Fantastic!Pick up and drop off of the vehicle were smooth processes. We give the highest recommendation possible to the Kenmount Road branch and team.

I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!!nMade a booking from September 22nd till 26th, specifically asked for Toyota Camry. The lady confirmed the booking over phone and vehicle Toyota Camry When I arrived to pick up the rental I was offered an SUV Nissan Kicks free upgrade or some sedan for cheaper price. At this point I didn't argue as I didn't have a choice, my friends were down from Niagara Falls and a vehicle was needed to explore the province. While returning the vehicle, I mentioned to Farhan Enterprise employee about the disappointing experience with Nissan Kicks and not able to get what I originally booked for. He apologized and also offered to give a discount on the rental charge. When I checked my credit card statement, there was no discount applied and the charges were the same. Definitely not worth paying $570 for Nissan Kicks
