Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Good people, I hate rental cars, nothing had any of my own cars features, no heated steering wheel, no auto climate, not even heated wipers or mirrors, shh, everything kept freezing over. Including my butt. Makes my lowly Corolla feel like an upscale luxury car. I hate these crappy option less cars they keep giving me.

These guys charged my insurance AND my credit cars for the vehicle I rented. Here we are weeks later and I am still chasing them around for my money. They don't even have the decency to return a call. Won't be returning. Good thing their competition is next door.

Matt is the manager here and is and is TOP NOTCH. Rented 4 times from here now so I can safely say when we need a vehicle we trust Enterprise Oshawa Bloor St Branch The prices are the BEST ..And the vehicles are always in great condition. Matt is very professional and knows what he is doing. For first time renters it can be scary, ask for MATT. This guy goes the extra mile regularly and I have personally seen him deal with other customers and been amazed at how he literally will bend over backwards if needed. He has a great attitude that is hard to find in the service industry . If I had a shop I would trust Matt to run it .

From the moment I was picked up at the body shop until I dropped the car off, everyone at Enterprise was very professional, courteous and super easy to deal with! If I had to rent a vehicle, I would definately recommend this location! They even drove me to the auto body shop to pick up my car!
