Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Always a fantastic experience. They make renting a car a breeze. I haven't been to this location in a year and was met with the same great people. I had a concern and Gearsy was already aware of it and reassured me it wasn't a problem. They always seem to be busy but you would never know it from their great service.

I rented a car on the Friday afternoon of the Victoria Day long weekend. Even though they were absolutely slammed, the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful.nnThis was my first time renting a vehicle. They helped me through the process and had me leaving the lot feeling happy and confident. The car was tidy and had a full tank of gas to start, which was a relief.nnWhen I brought it back on the Tuesday after the holiday, they were still pretty busy, but were still very friendly and helpful. They got me checked in and on my way home relatively quickly.nn10/10 - would absolutely rent from them again.

4 weeks ago, I was in an accident that I was not at fault for. These great people took care of me very quick with a rental car I needed for a month. They were incredibly kind and dealt with insurance so I never had to pay. Thank you all so much for the perfect service!

Got a rental recently from here and the service was excellent. The vehicle was really clean and the communication from staff was clear. They even called in to check if I'm satisfied with the car. I even got a courtesy call as a reminder to when my rental will end. I really appreciate the attention to details.nOne inconvenience is that they don't have a dropbox for keys. I wanted to return my vehicle on Saturday, but the branch closed by the time I arrived.nNevertheless, I informed them that I was there earlier and couldn't return the vehicle and they understood, and did not charge me extra.nSincere thanks to the staff for their commendable service.

While I waited for my insurance to resolve the matter, they treated me with utmost respect.nnFurthermore, they managed to locate a replacement vehicle for the one I had obtained, which was missing certain items in the trunk.nnIn conclusion, the team's performance warrants a five-star rating.
