Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I like enterprise, they offer the best service and prices. The guys in this branch are great and so nice. When it comes to car options, I guarantee you will be always satisfied.

Called for some information. The lady on the phone seemed nice but got very ignorant and after getting my name told me she had no records of our past rental and continued to be very short b 4 cutting me off and hanging up on me. Thank you though, lesson learned. If you dont have time to answer 2 questions and be polite to potential and existing customers, then i will gladly give my money to another company. Unreal!!!

I was given a car ( grey Impala ) It was a busy morning and I did not notice the interior until I started driving. This car was absolutely disgusting on the inside. When you first opened the door, there were stains of some type of juice or coffee in the cup holders. There was hair on those sticky stains. There was hair on the dashboard and hair near the centre compartment of the car. The most horrendous part was when I decided to open up the centre part and I found fingernails! Someone cut their nails and left them in the car! Enterprise did not even take a second to look to see that someone had left that in there. I was absolutely shocked to find something so disgusting. The steering wheel was also sticky and so were the seats. I am so displeased with the rental that I was given. I was expecting a clean car that looked like it had been maintained and cared for. Due to this disgusting car, I had to return today to the rental office and ask for a new one that was properly cleaned. This a waste of my time. When I first called and complained about the cleanliness of the car I was told by Rene "bring the car back so we can clean it " ... It was supposed to be clean the first time ! The second rental I was given was also not very clean. It even had moldy blueberries in the back. I DO NOT recommend Enterprise, unless you want to pay for a disgusting, filthy car!

Booked a car online. Went to pick up and my credit card wouldn't work. (they only have the swipe option here) I had no balance on my card so the credit limit was not an issue. Spend 2 hours there and nothing. Used a different card and same problem. Called my credit company and they said it wasn't my issue. It was probably on their site. She wasn't willing to try the other computer to swipe my card or nothing. Said there system was fine. 😡 went to budget and swiped my card the first time and it worked no problem. I was mad that she wasted so much of my time for nothing and made me feel like it was my fault and i was that poor girl with no credit available on my card😕

Booked a car from them for a week. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They made the process really easy. Car was clean and new and near top of the line trim. The only knock on the place is parking can be a bit tight.
