I needed a last minute rental car because my own vehicle had broken down the day before Christmas. When I called this location the gentleman on the phone was very reassuring and I was pleasantly surprised at the rate I received as well. Ruban was very helpful in person when I arrived and it was definitely one of the best customer-service experiences I have ever had.

It was hopeless and worst ever experience and the price is like buy a car and pay one monthly payment instead of renting it for 4days a month in Avis. I visited this location on Saturday at 8am and wanted to rent the car until Tuesday morning 8am. The CSR told me its 128$ and i have given my credit card and he kept a hold of 350$ and he said he's giving me a small hatchback. I was about to sign the rental agreement i noticed the bill was 158$. I asked him how come its so expensive and he replied taxes and additional charges. I immediately asked to cancel the transaction and he voided my bill. He said the hold would be removed in couple of hours but its not been removed yet. I visited the enterprise car rental just about 1kilometers away and for the same dates and timings i got charged for only 87$ includes taxes. The car they gave me was a Volkswagen fully loaded jetta. I seriously do not recommend AVIS since i don't want you guys to waste your time and also keep your money on hold with them and begging them to return it back to you.I don't want you guys to go through this nonsense.

Had a great experience renting from this location. Gentleman that helped me was very professional.
