My favorite bike store in Toronto, great staff and great bikes!
Great customer service experience. Had to get a tune up which turned into a total rebuild. The team there walked me through every step! Highly recommend purchasing a bike from here. The after service is best I have encountered.
Had a bike fit today with Lorne and he addressed all of my concerns and was nice to work with. He understood my needs, and my price point and made my bike into a much more comfortable ride! I made the appointment via email and all the correspondence was prompt, friendly and knowledgable. Top notch bike shop!!
Fantastic service! Aidan, from the service department went above and beyond today: I had an issue with my child seat and, although they were booked solid, he went out of his way to quickly figure out my issue and get my son and me back on the road. Thanks guys!
The best bike shop in Toronto! These guys are friendly, know all about their products, and are able to provide excellent, unbiased advice when looking for a bike or gear. I've never been steered wrong by Dukes, and trust their staff and service like above anywhere else.
