I can't say enough good things about the guys at Amego. From the moment I walked in the door Yashar was attentive, patient and extremely helpful. He made sure to ask me questions about what I needed the bike for to narrow down the list for me to test drive. I was allowed to test out all the bikes that related to my search. It was important for them that I felt comfortable with my purchase and that I was making an informed decision. I learned tons and I decided on the ET Cycle F1000. I LOVE the bike! Gautam also part of the team at Amigo was amazing at providing me with additional information. Overall the experience was A+ 5 stars and I'm now recommending my friends shop for an e-bike there. Because they also do repairs, they made me feel confident that if I needed servicing on the bike they could provide it. Thanks Amigo!

I drove 2,064 Kilometers from Winnipeg to Toronto to Purchase my first, brand new E-Bike from Amego Electric Vehicles and I do not regret a thing! What a beautiful machine, I cannot wait to get riding! Thank you so much to the team at Amego Electric Vehicles for the amazing deal on this brand new Moscow+ 29" E-bike. WITH a battery upgrade to make sure I get everywhere I need to go, and a Kryptonite bike lock to ensure my purchase stays safe on my travels. All for such an amazing price. The team there put in alot of effort to make sure I was knowledgeable about my purchase, and to make sure I was happy with my purchase. They were also very adamant that if I have any sort of issues or questions at all, to not hesitate to contact them for advice or repairs under warranty! I am so very excited to use this as my second mode of transportation to explore and run errands to save some money!

Got my first ebike here! Christoper and CJ were a ton of help when I was picking out a bike and made sure I was taken care of with everything I need. Highly recommend going here if you do delivery or are looking for something to commute with.

Picked up my first E bike from these guys yesterday. Employees were pleasantly friendly and very helpful. I got a good price on the bike I wanted, but it did take a few weeks to come in from the suppliers - has nothing to do with amego though they let me know as soon as the bike was ready and put together. They were willing to help me load the bike into my car without me having to ask. Nothing to complain about here. I would recommend.

Due to a misunderstanding I wasn't able to purchase the bike I wanted but Gabriel was patient about the misunderstanding and his professionalism makes me want to come back in July and get the bike I want. Due to the pandemic it's a given that stock can't be refilled when it was originally supposed to be and I hope people realize this. Anyway I will definitely be back to shop here in the future. Edit: after approving a new kickstand which would have brought the price of service up the estimate suddenly went back to the original estimate. I called and was told that the technician had fixed the problem and I didn't need a new kickstand. The invoice however claims that I rejected the new kickstand which isn't the case. Luckily I was contacted by Amego and they are rectifying the matter with professionalism. UPDATE: I just bought my new ET Cycle t720 and am loving it. On the first day I did 70 kilometers. A big shout out to Christopher who walked me through all the bells and whistles on my new e-bike and Kevin the technician who took the time to fix a minor problem i had with the bike. Amego employees in my opinion are the most knowledgeable, courteous and professional people I've ever met. Kudos to the owner for hiring them as they are an asset.

I went to this store for repairing my bicycle and I’m so happy with their amazing customer service that I got there, Kelvin took care of my bicycle very quickly and fixed all the existing issues. He is amazing and professional.

I'll just say wow, amazing customer service and they handle all issues respectfully. I definitely trust this team with my bike. I got a repair done today and they were very fair in regards to price. And they fixed it so fast. I'll be returning again, thanks guys! Cheers,

I bought a NCM ebike from this shop last week. I never used ebike before and the people there explained very well that how can I use this ebike and how can I get maximum range with it. A senior guy there I don't know his name explained everything in detail and there are people like CJ and Calvin they are really nice guys they dealt with me nicely. I will go to get installed winter tires in few days I hope they will treat me nicely too like before.
