Room seemed clean and it was enough to get a good night's rest. The couple who own the place are friendly and polite. Pretty good value for the money. Only thing I found annoying is the bathroom had no fan and a window that was right beside the sidewalk and at eye level. Not a great feature unless you want people to see you showering.

The Good reviews are all from management, beware!! Everything was booked out in Cambridge due to a music festival and this was a late resort as we could not be driving home knowing we would be having drinks. This is the most DISGUSTING PLACE- There was Blood on mattress, cockroaches and moldy smell, bathtub was all cracked and leaking. Very weird people around the motel just loitering. Owners were rude when we explained the horrible conditions... Weird people knocking on our door in the middle of the night. DO NOT STAY HERE YOU WILL BE DISGUSTED !!
