Primary care clinic lists services that they provide. But when you attend. They claim they can't do anything for you. So why take tax payers money when you refuse to actually take care of the patient.

The on duty pharmacist at noon on January 21st, 2025! You spoke to a very young mother with valid concerns and treated her like she was an inconvenience to you. “What, Do you want my permission to give this to your child?” “Is there a reason you’re delaying giving this to your child?”Obviously she was looking for advice from you!! You truly need to do better. You are part of the reason people don’t ask for help anymore. I’m actually disgusted that someone in your professional capacity, while speaking to a SCARED woman about her child and medication concerns, could be so cold and heartless. Helping others is not your forte. You are a horrible human being.
This does not reflect the post office staff or Pharmacy but 2 staff that work the retail portion. I'm afraid to enter this store ever again in case I get harassed again by either of the women I encountered. I witnessed, on one occasion, a female staff who turned out to be the manager being rude and condescending to a customer. Then another occasion, an older smaller woman turned out to be the same woman from the description treated my adult daughter in the same condescending manner. She left feeling like she did a something wrong. Well, recently I went into the store and I also encountered an arrogant, rude, angry woman who treated me horribly. It started by a clearly irritated female staff, then escalated by this other woman who was over the top. I was stunned by the apparent bad attitude and arrogance. This woman behaved as if she was a school principal and I was to bow and obey. I asked who the manger was and it turned out to be her! Ironic. If it wasn't for the post office I would never enter this store again.
I am a fairly patient person but when I submit a prescription a week in advance - show up to get it and then am met with “this was your last refill you can’t get it”. A medication I need daily, and have side effects of cutting it cold Turkey.nnIf it was my last refill that’s my bad, but a phone call can’t be made to let me know? My bottle usually has a little orange sticker saying this is your last refill. There’s nothing.nnI now have to wait for them to fax my doctor IF SOMEONE REMEMBERS. I have been in this position twice and it is so frustrating. If this wasn’t my only choice for a pharmacy I’d be gone.
