I've eaten nearly every item they have, except the chicken, and it has all been phenomenal! The fries and onion rings aren't too salty, nor are they greasy or over- / underdone. And, of course, the pork is nice and juicy. The pork is great tasting, even if it is pulled right off the bone and not yet been slathered in BBQ sauce. The Pulled Pork Parfait and the Ugly Brother (I think this is the name) are my two favorites. The Parfait is similar to an ice cream parfait, the exception being it has mashed potatoes rather than ice cream, and these potatoes are loaded with pulled pork. It is topped off with a scoop of mashed potatoes and a cherry tomato, similar to a scoop of ice ream and a maraschino cherry. The Ugly Brother is a pulled pork BBQ sandwich with cheddar cheese, onion rings and jalapeño peppers and a side of fries. As I mentioned above, this BBQ pork is so juicy and tasty all by itself. It doesn't require any BBQ sauce or other condiments.

The best BBQ food around. My favs are BBQ taco salad, BBQ pulled pork, Pulled pork Mashed potatoes parfait.
