Burger King

Unfortunately, this must be one of the worst Burger Kings in America. Recently, we were stuck in a line at the drive through for more than 20 minutes. When we reached the window, it was total confusion. I vowed we would stop going there but continued to believe that things would get better. That hasn't happened. We now find that, frequently, the machine that cooks the hamburgers is "down" and they aren't serving any "beef" products. We started going to the Burger King in Coos Bay only to find that they are also woefully lacking in dependable service. Could it be that they're both operated by the same franchisee? If so, I suspect the entire brand is suffering in this entire market. Sad.

I've been to this Burger King by Wal-Mart numerous times. It has to be the slowest Fast Food Restaurant I have ever been to. Only 2 people working at 3pm on a Saturday. Don't go through the Drive Thru unless you're prepared to spend 30 minutes in line. Just adding more workers would clear this whole situation!!!

They are very slow and they got the order wrong. The food is pretty good and it's clean but they have bad service.

This branch is really hurting the BK brand. Service is the slowest I've ever seen. Employees look completely unprepared and unhappy. Management truly needs to change their outlook on customer service.

I will never go back to Burger King. We waited in line in the drive thru for over 30 minutes and there was only 3 cars in line ahead of us. Finally got our food and the fries were cold.
