My absolutely favorite restaurant in the whole world. Tom & Liz have been doing fresh, creative interpretations of classic Italian and middle eastern dishes for 30 years. They were "farm-to-table" before the term was invented. How they serve such fresh salads in the middle of winter, I will never know. If you are within 100 miles of Pittsfield, MA you need to make the trip to Elizabeths.

Special people and a special restaurant! We've been coming here for over 25 years and it's still just as good as back in the day! The food is amazing, everything is always fresh and full of flavor. Staff is friendly and provide a great experience! I highly recommend!

One of my top five. Lizzie and Tom are Maestros, serving up a Mediterranean-ish flow with love baked-into every bite. Sit downstairs and you are in the kitchen with them, sharing the smells, sounds, banter, and culture-it's REAL. Bring cash or check, they don't do plastic, but Tom will give you an IOU. Seriously. Don't let the location deter you, this is a must.
