I went into elite repeat today and was very disappointed to hear two employees gossiping about their boss. It was a lady with brown curly hair and a younger girl with blonde hair who had stopped by the store. What they were saying was extremely disrespectful and should not have been a conversation had infront of customers. No one greeted us and acknowledged we were there in the 10 minute span as they were talking at the front counter to eachother during this time. They were discussing the high expectations their boss had of them and that it was unfair since they had too much on their plate with drop offs, cleaning, etc. Time and place for these type of discussions, it was mean and negative and a poor representation of the store. Will not be back.

The owner/manager was very unprofessional. She told me that "what's popular in your country is not popular in Canada, so we cannot take your clothes. " And then she laughed with her coworkers at me and my friend. We were 18-year-old Asian Canadians. Rejecting customers based on their skin colour is the lowest business practice. Never come here.

Constantly changing inventory, so if you can't find the item you need today,it is wise to go back a week or so later and who knows you could be in luck. Great service
