I just want to say that Angela and the people who work here are caring. They are available to help while you shop, but won’t overwhelm you. I’ve NEVER experienced anyone be rude to me here. They are a wonderful local business to support. The products are cool! And I’m always happy to see what she’s bringing in. She always has something new to see. Please, if you’re reading the review written before mine, don’t let it deter you from going. I hope you can also see from the review this person was being unreasonable and that the review should not be taken seriously.
I have absolutely no words to say. I came in and was “greeted” by a lady with no hair who had evil eyes to begin with. I have never been looked at the way she looked at me. The other assosiate with long hair and glasses was so rude, I asked about the return policy she started giving snide remarks, basically just giving me the stink eye. I was visiting my grandma in Ladner and came here in hopes to spend quite a bit of money. But I said no thank you and walked right out. Do not shop here if you want to support businesses with caring people and businesses who employ workers skills at retail. This was the worst shopping experience. I would give negative stars for how rude these old miserable ladies were. Absolutely sickening.
Such a cute boutique! I'm so happy to finally get an Every Child Matters orange shirt from here. Excellent service, the woman working was very helpful and friendly. Thank you!
We were super pleased to be able to find XS sized clothing for our teenage son at this store and the service was excellent. Great brand names and love supporting a local business that is a staple in Ladner!
I found so many sweaters and shirts for my hubby and me here.. he loved everything I got him which is amazing .. I found two bathing suites and even got my hubby some sax pj pants and a shirt which he also loves surprisingly! This shop is now my favorite even over aritzia ! Thanks again!
Angela and her staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. They've saved my bacon numerous times when I've needed clothes in a pinch, and they stand by their products 100%, going above and beyond. So pleased to have them in the neighbourhood!
