Elements on Hollis provides the best of cuisine in downtown Halifax restaurants. To accompany the amazing food at Elements on Hollis, the Halifax restaurant offers Nova Scotian wines from eight wineries, two distilleries and two breweries.

Very good buffet, I miss few stuff. The coffee great quality. No fresh seafood, just smoked salmon and tons of shrimps good size. The best is the personnel there, fabulous attention.

Really enjoyed brunch. Everything tasted great. Very friendly service. Great selection of food. The entertainment of a guitar and vocalist added to the ambiance.
Service was awesome. My waiter was perceptive to the fact that I was vegan without my telling him with only the few questions I asked about the menu. There were a few vegan options on the breakfast menu and the waiter also ensured no butter or milk were used in preparing my meal. I enjoyed myself, thank you for a great experience.
Fancy but welcoming. Not your typical breakfast buffet, everything was done properly, cooked to perfection with a wider than average assortment. Not to mention the fresh fluffy waffles and omelets. The service was very prompt and friendly aswell, everyone in the building were jumping at the chance to help with our bags!
