Katch - A Modern Seafood Shack

Popped into the food court for a quick lunch the other day. Considering a wok box of veggies is going to set you back $9.00 plus tax, the take away sushi is great value. I got the spicy tuna and salmon for $10.49 plus tax. Fresh, very filling and quick. Considering the alternatives, I would go back.

Would give a negative ranking for their rude and unprofessional staff. Had to wait 15 minutes for them to acknowledge me. And when ordered they said it is gonna take 10 minutes. I told them I will wait and then they started talking something in their language. The food was really bad. I ordered deep fried salmon roll. The salmon was not even cooked properly. Never going back again.

Mar. 30, 2021 Updated- Went there again cuz the mall is very close to my house. However, it was definitely the worst experience for me. I ordered a sushi combo and there’s a lady who works there was SUPER RUDE... She interrupts me whenever I open an order. When I was waiting on my food, I heard she was yelling at an delivery person... she’s so rude for no reason, even for everyone. If you have that attitude, your food better be tasty... and of course I was so disappointed as the first time I ordered from them, the rice was so hard to chewy and the sushi tasted so plain. I barely gave an one star to any restaurant but this one deserves no stars — It wasn’t a good experience for me to get their sushi. I ordered their sushi on the delivery app a month ago, before that I was a fan of their poke bowl. Barely try their sushi so we ordered a couple rolls and nigiri for supper. This time, the rice was super hard, and the fish didn’t taste fresh. We were pretty disappointed how it tasted, and it was a little bit pricey as well. Maybe I’ll give it another shot cuz I love sushi so much, but this time, I think 3 stars is fare

I ordered the poke bowl with salmon on mixed greens. Really good! I'd say the wait was pretty comparable to any of the other restaurants in the food court. I'd definitely get it again!

I didn't think I'd find something vegan here, but saw the tofu poke bowl and thought I'd give it a try. The picture showed uncooked tofu which is kind of gross but they said they would fry it. You can order off a preset list of additions. It didn't take too long and all in all was pretty good. It was a big bowl of healthy plant based items that was very satisfying. The only minus is they give such tiny little containers of dressing with the bowls that you can barely cover a kernel of corn. Would still get it again

Amazing Sushi at Katch! Such great and friendly service. Highly recommend. Always going the extra mile for their customers.

Love the variety of choices they provide. Their fish bowl is very good. They also have decent sushi as well. Delicious food overall with very reasonable price. I tried their fish burger during the burger week festival and it was tasty. Filling size with sweet potato fries.

I was there this evening Tue Aug 9. This was my first ordering from the Katch …and the last time unfortunately. I ordered beer battered fish and fries. I’ve never seen fries so white in my life! The fish was very soggy. Very disappointed…

Love the poke bowl got the chicken + thai peanut sauce and the MONSTER ROLL was super good! worth it! I swear. Staffs are very approachable and the serving time is good enough because they make it fresh which makes it way better.

Poke bowls are amazing!!! Fish tacos as well, really tasty definitely pricey but you get the quality. However, I got sushi once and it tasted like grocery store sushi. I don't know if it was just a bad batch or what, but the quality wasn't there. Great place to get food!
