Pretty good place, Dr. Nelson is by far the best dentist my son has experienced, she was calm and help my son calm down when he was getting work done, she’s professional. So go to her and no one else far as doctors. I was able to get my son an appointment at the appropriate time. There are good and bad things about this establishment, however the good outweighs the bad.
My request to not use the fluoride rinse was followed, no questions or humiliation. It was pretty quick. I took 4 to be at the same time. The doctor was thorough in explaining about one who has cavities we need to watch. Everyone was friendly and obliging.
I went to Kids First Dental to have my teeth cleaned and Erica A who is a phenomenal dental hygienist did a great job! As a matter of fact everybody that I met there is very personable and friendly! Leslie and Tasha and Dr. Mona all have a very positive attitude towards their patients and their jobs! Thank you!!
I will never go the this office again. Soon as u walk in you see baby roaches in the waiting area . The nurse assistant did NOT know what she was doing while taking x-rays & ended up needing extra help all while messing up the root of my mouth. We went in for our yearly cleaningcheckup and didn't even get cleaned just examined. There is also no privacy at all & very unorganized . This office seems like it's for fresh graduates. So if u would like a more experienced professional I would advise to go elsewhere .
I love Kids First Dental. They are very welcoming. They make sure your comfortable before and after getting any work done. I would recommend anyone whose looking to get any dental work done. They also accept adults.
Very friendly and made me feel comfortable and didn't take long at all.very thorough as well.
The staff was Absolutely fantastic and Dr. K and nurse B are the best I was nervous but they were very gentle and took time with me Thank you all !!!!!
Me & My Children Go Where The Customer Service Accommodates Our Worth, This Place Has No Choice But To Be Worth My Time -Even Though My Children Attend Another Dentistry AllTogether!!!!! However The Staff Talks Sooooooooo Much, It’s Good To Flag Who You Do Or Don't Want To Provide Your Service, But They All Tend To Act So Naive Anyway- God Bless Their Hearts!!!!!
My son is autistic and everyone was so patient, understanding and kind. we came later in the day so I am sure they were tired but still so amazing.
So I give a 3 star rating, because It isn’t the cleanest place and the privacy is really …. Well there is none whatsoever. Really could be a 1 star but the technician Amber that came and saved my daughter from another technician that decides to show a first time visiting kid a device that looks like you would stab someone with it… well Amber was truly a life savor amazing with kids with welcoming energy and nice smile ! She had my daughter believing she would be getting princess vitamins for her teeth. Definitely saved my daughters first experience at the dentist, but she was in tears with the other technician. That being said I don’t think I would be returning, because there was only one room with 6 chairs and the other kids screaming, definitely had a little to do with the tears my daughter shed. Also I know the other kid screaming has 3 cavities and needs 2-3 teeth removals. I don’t think I should have known that about another client. So I wish I could just take Amber with us to where ever we decide to go next, because she seems to be the only reason this place deserves 5 stars but even gets 3, although it could definitely be a 1. The front desk people weren’t great either.
