I used to love this place but it has gone downhill in a big way. Customer service is non-existant, asking "how are you" only illicits a "what you want" response. All the meat is pre-cooked in batches and pushed off to the side of the flat top where it dries out to the point that it needs to be drowned in sauce to be semi-moist. On my most recent (and last ever) visit I asked for chicken with no mushrooms due to an allergy for a colleague. Of course they weren't happy about having to go into the cooler and cook fresh chicken and I asked as usual for extra broccoli since no mushrooms which they usually obliged in past but despite asking twice, was given 2 and a half sorry little pieces of broccoli and a heap of cabbage (yay). In the end it was pretty bland and dry and took quite a bit of sriracha to make it edible. Definitely better places in this food court to spend your dollars.

Nice variety, the portion size is just right and they have nice promotions if you go there regularly.

Of my experience i really like the yakisoba plate with those big noodles, simple but great plate ;))

A rare franchise that doesn't disappoint every time i went. Student card gives you a free drink as long as you order a meal. I recommend the chicken and shrimp combo with steamed white rice, my favorite!

Average food, quick and convenient. For about $10 you will get a good size portion of japanese dishes, nothing too special just standard food court food.
