Have a good variety. Preped meals/sandwiches/salades are super functional, tasty and well priced. Soup and pasta bars are nice. Buffet quality is not that good and is overpriced IMO. Solid place to go though, would definitely recommend.

Very reasonable prices, a large varietey of food, for that they get 5 🌟 stars ,but for the taste not more than 3 🌟 stars, I tried the Thai curry the taste was not as good as it looks. I like the falafel sandwich it was OK . 
But if you are looking for a grab and go salads 🥗 and healthy food it's the perfect place to buy from .
The pasta section looks good , I need to try that .I will update my comment as soon as I try it 🍝
The place is clean and it gets crowded on lunch hour .

The other branch next to la Bay has a different menu.

Food is fantastic! Great selection, fast, well priced and just delicious. Excellent customer service as well. Definitely my go to place for lunch, and sometimes to take home : )

It is decent for price and quality.  The food is definitely fresh.  You just need to watch out what you take in the buffet section, it can be extremely expensive for a simple lunch. 

Highly recommend pasta and sandwich as I find them more worth it and the proportion is bigger.  The flavours are not spectacular but edible.
