Still down to earth and reasonable. These guys recently replaced my well pressure tank and plumbing. On time, courteous and honest. They are the bomb. Thanks EJ and Casey and Rob for the great work. No shenanigans in 21 years of service here.
Eckmayer provided us service recently when we had problems with a septic tank prior to selling our home. The Office, the Plumber were in great communication with me on getting the work done and when the Job was a little more than my knowledge, The plumber got the Job done. Prices were more than fair. If I ever need septic work done again, I will give these guys a call.
I wouldn't even give them one star if I could do without it. They came out to pump my mound system and I was told my pump was going out. I contacted the person who installed the mound and asked him to come to replace the pump. While waiting, it backed up into my house. Come to find out Eckmayer had UNPLUGGED my pump without telling me! When I called to complain I was very rudely told that it was written on my bill. It was not, what was very illegibly written seems to say, "pump not working." I'm legally blind. It would have been nice had they TOLD me. One of their receptionists is very rude when I called about another issue, and now this young man was rude. Had they all been nice and apologetic I wouldn't be complaining. Businesses make mistakes, but should apologize when they do, not blame the customer!
Horrible. Lazy. Stood there smoking the whole time. Told us we needed a new$ 20, 000 septic system because our pipes were broke. Husband rented an auger an took care of problem. Would not recommend
Absolutely wonderful work done in replacing septic and repairing broken waterline. Guys did not stop for lunch but ate threw the job. Stayed focused and patient when unexpected issues presented themselves.
Do not hire if pumping septic. Company will entangle you with the State, trying to use them to put in new very expensive septic system,
My family has used them for years and have always been treated fairly.
