Absolutely stellar service. Quick response from the office to confirm what I needed done and to schedule a time that worked for me. Service person called ahead to make sure i was home and let me know that they were 10 minutes away. Two guys so one tackled the smaller project of fixing my curio light and the other took down an old ceiling fan and installed the new one. They were done in about 2 hours. Packed the old light and all packaging from the new and took it with them to dispose of properly. Great price too. Will definitely hire again.

Action is one of the most customer-oriented companies I've ever encountered. They were the consummate professionals when they installed are newer furnace. They thoroughly explained and demonstrated the new equipment. They also did a follow-up home visit with no extra charge. We are happy to provide them with our unqualified endorsement.

Called on a Friday night for leak in basement. Didnt want to pay the emergency fee for after hours so waited until Saturday Morning. Just turned off the water and waited. Said they would be there between 8am and 830am. Called me at 8 and said he was about 25 min out. Showed up close to 815am. Found the issue and replaced the problem. He was quick and professional. I am seriously impressed with Action. So much so that I am going to be going with them in the future with some electrical work and any other work that I have going on. Oh and the price for the next day fast awesome service. Way way way less than what I thought.

they came right on time when I had my furnace checked and all so I had the air conditioner checked. I did not have to wait all day for them to show up and they took off there plastic boots before entering the house.and he was very polite and answered all of my questions. they have wonderful techs working there.

We found out we needed a new furnace. Action was there the next day, and had it installed in less than 2 hours. The installer made sure we knew how to operate the new thermostat before leaving. It was clean, fast and efficient. We've used Action for years for our maintenance, and will continue to use them and recommend them to everyone.
