Cardinal was great. Very prompt and solved my issue quickly in the same day. I was afraid that having an old furnace would be an issue to work on. They had another technician drop off the part and done! Thank you

A friend recommended Cardinal Heating/Cooling to me based on their positive experience with them, so when my central air stopped cooling I gave them a call. They came out the next day and were able to diagnose my issue in a few minutes and presented my options (repair vs replace) and recommended I go the repair route. They had my system back up and cooling in under an hour. Good experience, would recommend.

I was contacted by a service technician within 2 hours of the start of his workday after having notified the company of my problem. The technician was able to determine what was wrong and provided me with possible resolutions and the approximate cost. Within 24 hours there were service technicians on site to resolve and handle the problem. All of the individuals were courteous and very efficient. I was very impressed with their expertise and knowledge.
If there is any one thing that I wish all companies would provide, it would be that they give an itemized invoice showing the cost of the product, the labor to install it and the amount charged for parts instead of just a lump sum. I have encountered this same situation with many businesses I have dealt with. It would be great if they would follow the practice that most auto service places do which is to give an itemized bill showing parts, labor, etc.

Courteous, professional and good at what they do. I have two addresses with different issues and no one ever seems to tire of questions asked when they take care of business at either house. One instance always stands out when I was having a pipe replaced and needed better access for the plumber. Somehow on the spur of the moment they were able to send a gentleman to temporarily unhinge the heating duct work for better access and reconnect after the plumbing was done - same day I called! I was amazed & thankful.

I called in the morning for a furnace tuneup/inspection and because of a cancellation, someone arrived that same morning. The service person was very prompt, friendly and informative. He explained about about how the water line was nearly plugged and how that could have shut the furnace down. I also obtained some information on how a two stage blower furnace operates.
I couldn't imagine a more efficient service call at this time of year, and will certainly use their services in the future.
