Eckmayer dba Fort Septic

Eckmayer provided us service recently when we had problems with a septic tank prior to selling our home. The Office, the Plumber were in great communication with me on getting the work done and when the Job was a little more than my knowledge, The plumber got the Job done. Prices were more than fair. If I ever need septic work done again, I will give these guys a call.

I wouldn't even give them one star if I could do without it. They came out to pump my mound system and I was told my pump was going out. I contacted the person who installed the mound and asked him to come to replace the pump. While waiting, it backed up into my house. Come to find out Eckmayer had UNPLUGGED my pump without telling me! When I called to complain I was very rudely told that it was written on my bill. It was not, what was very illegibly written seems to say, "pump not working." I'm legally blind. It would have been nice had they TOLD me. One of their receptionists is very rude when I called about another issue, and now this young man was rude. Had they all been nice and apologetic I wouldn't be complaining. Businesses make mistakes, but should apologize when they do, not blame the customer!
