Went to get my eye brows waxed, and had a wonderful experience. The receptionist was kind and quick asking if I wanted anything to drink as a waited for a my appointment( I was early ) it was a short wait, when the women came out she was kind polite and easy to talk to, she told me about other services but was not pushy at all. She took time to get to know me, made me feel comfortable.  I would definitely recommend coming to the location. My eye brows turned out great, and the staff were super great.

I had my first full body massage for my birthday, and a manicure. Lavina was so sweet, talented, and caring. The knots in my back were so bad and she worked through them all! It was so overdue 

If she reads this, thanks for helping me with the colour choices and the amazing massage! ♡

I've been coming to this spa for over a year now and I've been really pleased with my experiences :) Every esthetician I've had took the time to know me & surprisingly remembers our conversation months later when it'd pass by them inside the spa. They're always super nice & super welcoming and it makes my experience more enjoyable each time.
I always recommend to my friends to come in this location in particular because I never have a bad experience coming in.

Shout out to Serena & Lavina for being such wonderful estheticians/waxers after Paige & Ana left. I'm glad to know a few girls that I have confidence in doing a wax on delicate parts of my body.

Been coming to this spa for a few years and it has steadily gone down hill. This last appointment I booked an eyebrow wax and tint along with a massage. The massage was good though not very peaceful in the cramped room with a small bed. The main issues were with the waxing, I have skin under both of my eyebrows missing. It's very painful and I won't be going back.
