I was a new guest at Trinity spa. I wanted a brow wax done and it was my very first time. Pauline made my experience very calm and enjoyable. I definitely trust her with my brows. Thanks Pauline!

I will not recommend this salon to anyone. I wouldn't give it a star, but I have too otherwise I can't post the review. So at this place you need to make an appointment with the hairstylist in order to be able to book an appointment for a later date to actually do your hair. I was there in person and been told to book an appointment for 15 min at a latter date so she can look at my hair, and then book another appointment to get the hair done. She told me this in person, when I was there so I don't see the point of booking 2 appointments to do my hair, especially she was not busy at the time, had no clients. Such a waste of time. I'll never go there again.

One of the most expensive yet very average pedicures I've had at $55. Had to listen to an assertive sales pitch about products and services almost the entire time... hardly relaxing or worth it. Dissapointed in this salon

Had a pedi, everyone was really friendly and professional with all of the customers who came in and were being served. I did think it was a tad expensive for a typical pedicure, but the massage was very good and the girl was experienced. I received a little sample of eminence skin cream and I thought that was a nice touch. They seem to take good care of their customers and that was really what matters.
